Okay, so the actual nature of the game was a lot closer than the scoreline suggests, but the Terriers can be very happy with their afternoon’s work nonetheless.

Factor in the red card shown to Jonjo Shelvey for a moment of madness – not the first time in his career he’s accomplished the feat of being an idiot, and it was a pretty dour day all round for the Magpies.
So happy, confident Huddersfield against a down in the dumps Newcastle….if the hosts can keep Christian Atsu quiet, they have every chance of another decent day at the office.
